This Privacy Policy explains how City Food & Fuel LLC, a company based in Arkansas, United States,
operating as “Crazy Chicken” (“Crazy Chicken,” “we,” “us”),
collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Crazy Chicken mobile application (the
“App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, which
you provide when you create an account. We send a one-time verification code to your phone to
confirm it belongs to you.
- Order information — the items you order, order history, pickup or delivery
details, and any notes you add to an order.
- Loyalty & rewards — the points you earn and redeem, your membership tier,
and rewards or coupons issued to you.
- Referrals — if you choose to invite a friend, the phone number you enter and
the invitation, claim, and reward status. We also use a device identifier to help prevent
duplicate or fraudulent referral claims.
- Payment information — when you pay in the App, your card or wallet details are
collected and processed directly by our payment providers, Stripe and
Apple Pay. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Push notification token — if you enable notifications, Apple provides us a
device token so we can send you order updates and offers. You can turn this off anytime in
iOS Settings.
- Camera — if you choose to scan a receipt QR code to claim points, the App uses
your camera solely to read the code on your device. We do not store photos or video from your
camera.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your phone number.
- To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
- To operate the loyalty program and issue points, rewards, and coupons.
- To send referrals you request and prevent duplicate or fraudulent reward claims.
- To process payments through our payment providers.
- To send order status updates and, if you opt in, promotional notifications.
- To provide customer support and improve the App.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us
run the App, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Stripe and Apple Pay — to process payments.
- Supabase — our secure backend and database provider, which stores your account
and order data on our behalf.
- Twilio — to send phone verification, order, and user-requested referral messages.
- Apple Push Notification service and Expo — to deliver notifications.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service
and meet legal or tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal
data at any time from within the App, or by emailing us at
Help@crazychicken.org. We will delete your data within a
reasonable period, except information we are required to retain by law.
Tracking & Advertising
The App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not
use advertising identifiers, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your
information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard
your data.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will
delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal
information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at
Help@crazychicken.org. You may decline to use the
referral feature, and recipients can reply STOP to an eligible referral SMS to opt out of further
messages handled by that messaging service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and
revise the “Last updated” date above.
