Who we are
Crazy Chicken is operated by City Food & Fuel LLC in Arkansas. This policy covers the Crazy Chicken mobile application, website, online ordering, loyalty program, and customer support.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, account identifier, order and purchase history, loyalty activity, rewards, saved-card references, support messages, device identifier, and device push-notification token. If you choose to invite a friend through an in-app referral, we also process the phone number you enter and the invitation, claim, and reward status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we store payment-method identifiers and limited card details such as brand and last four digits, not full card numbers.
Camera access
The app requests camera access only when you choose to scan a receipt or loyalty QR code. Camera images are processed for scanning and are not stored as photos by Crazy Chicken.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, fulfill and communicate about orders, operate loyalty, rewards, and user-requested referrals, process payments, prevent duplicate or fraudulent reward claims, provide support, send service messages, send marketing messages where permitted, and improve reliability and accessibility.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate the service, including hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, and delivery or notification providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, our business, or the public.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections. We retain account information while the account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Completed transaction records may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, decline to use referrals, opt out of promotional communications using the instructions in those messages, reply STOP to an eligible referral SMS, and request account deletion from the app under Profile → Delete Account or through our public deletion page.
